Executive F&B Director for Resort Dining & Bars

Azul Hospitality Group seeks a Director of Food & Beverage at Red Cliffs Lodge Moab to lead all F&B outlets, set standards, and drive profitability. You will plan and direct operations for restaurant, bar, and in-room dining while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 3-5+ years of F&B operation experience and 3-5 years of management experience, with a culinary, sales and service background. This is a full-time, exempt leadership role at Moab, UT.
