Associate Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Allegion is seeking an Associate Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to support our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team in improving manufacturing processes, equipment, and capital projects across our North American facilities. In this role, you'll take on assigned projects with guidance from experienced AME engineers — supporting process improvements, equipment and automation upgrades, and new product introductions — while building your knowledge of Allegion's processes, products, and customers. Opportunities for personal development exist in electro-mechanical products, fabrication/machining (e.g., sheet metal, welding, machining), and electroplating/surface finishing operations (e.g., chrome, paint, powder coating), as well as many other areas of expertise. H-1B, TN, etc.) When you join our team, you become part of a culture that values innovation, purpose, and excellence. This role offers the benefits of our dynamic hybrid work model—combining in-person collaboration for meaningful moments with the flexibility of remote work. We are committed to fostering a healthy work-life balance and building meaningful connections, ensuring you have the tools, resources, and support needed to excel in any environment. While this is the current structure and we currently have no plans to change, we reserve the right to make changes to the hybrid schedule as needed at the Company's discretion.
This role is based at our Carmel, IN facility. Time will be split between office, onsite manufacturing floor, and remote work as business and project needs require.

• Support capital projects — from scoping through installation, qualification, and ramp-up — for equipment, tooling, and process upgrades, escalating risks or resource needs as appropriate
• Research and benchmark manufacturing technologies and processes, sharing findings and recommendations with the AME team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Procurement, Product Engineering) to resolve manufacturing issues and support facility-level initiatives
• Document processes, standard work, layouts, and project outcomes to support knowledge sharing across the AME team
