District Manager

We are seeking a results-oriented District Manager with excellent interpersonal skills to oversee our convenience store locations.

What you’ll be doing:
• Recruit, train, and develop store managers.
• Ensure that all stores meet safety and daily operational standards.
• Oversee operational practices making sure that each store runs efficiently and meets projected revenues and sales estimates
• Coordinate with, report to, and make recommendations to senior management in order to improve customer experience and drive growth
• Ensure that all projects are executed profitably and in compliance to standardized business practices
• Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competitor brands.
• Ability to analyze data and recognize and make recommendations for areas of improvement.
• Ensure inventory management procedures are in place.

What we’re looking for:
• At least 7 years' experience in a supervisory role within retail store or gas stations
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs is strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License
