Data Engineer, People Analytics & HR Data

CVS Health is seeking a Data Engineer for People Analytics to design and maintain data pipelines and data models. You will collaborate with HR and IT to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable analytics workflows.

Responsibilities include leading ETL/ELT processes, mentoring a team of engineers, and enabling reproducible reporting with Python and R. A strong background in cloud data platforms and HR data is required.
