About the Role

NextRow is hiring a Communications Coordinator to support a global hospitality company's corporate AI and technology team as it rolls out new tools to corporate departments and hotels worldwide. You will help people understand what is changing, prepare them for it, and coordinate the onboarding and training that gets them using it.

This role is open to a range of backgrounds, including early-career candidates. Strong writing, organization, initiative, and follow-through matter more than years of experience.

What You'll Do
• Write clear communications, FAQs, newsletters, and presentations that explain projects and changes to corporate and hotel audiences.
• Coordinate hotel onboarding to new tools: confirm participants, prepare onboarding materials, and track progress.
• Organize and support training and Q&A sessions across regions, including occasional early or late calls for Asia Pacific.
• Keep stakeholder-facing content and web pages current as projects evolve (content editing, not web development).
• Manage requests from analysts and leadership across several projects at once.
• Research AI tools and new approaches and share what is useful with the team.
What You'll Bring
• Clear, thoughtful writing and editing.
• Strong organization and follow-through on multiple priorities.
• Curiosity about AI and technology, and comfort using tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
• Ease communicating with audiences from hotel staff to senior leaders.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago and take occasional early or late calls.
• Experience in communications, training, change management, or onboarding is a plus but not required.
