Client-Facing Pre-Suit Paralegal — Plaintiff PI

IDR, Inc. seeks a Pre-Suit Paralegal in Tampa, FL to support a fast-paced plaintiff personal injury practice. You will manage pre-suit matters from intake through negotiation and resolution, coordinating with clients, adjusters, and providers to advance each case.

Responsibilities include drafting demand packages, reviewing medical records, and maintaining precise case notes in the CMS. A high school diploma or GED is required; familiarity with MS 365 and case management software is expected.
