Civil Engineer I/II: Site

TOTH is seeking a Civil Engineer I/II to join our Civil Engineering Department in Springfield, Missouri. This full-time role supports the planning, design, and execution of site development, stormwater, wastewater, potable water, and transportation projects.

Requirements include a 4-year civil engineering degree, 0–4 years of related experience, and an EIT or the ability to obtain it within six months. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication skills are valued; travel up to 10%
