Chief Executive Officer

Community healthcare facility looking to bring on Chief Executive Officer! Bonus Incentive Program, Sign On Bonus, and Relocation!

• Approximately 300+ bed acute-care hospital
• Seeking an established CEO with demonstrated success leading a complex acute-care hospital, preferably in a for-profit environment
• Strong financial performance, operational discipline, physician alignment, strategic growth, and organizational leadership are critical
• The organization has experienced recent financial challenges and needs a leader capable of identifying opportunities, strengthening performance, and implementing turnaround initiatives when necessary
• Experience with an affiliated health plan or integrated healthcare delivery relationships would be valuable

Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, or Business Administration
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration at the C-Level.
• Current knowledge of JCAHO, OSHA, state and federal regulatory standards.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate ideas, problems, instructions with corporate management staff, facility management staff and employees
• Ability to analyze situations, evaluate data, recommend, and implement courses of action that would improve the functioning of the company
• Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Ability to use sound judgment in decision making and react calmly and effectively in an emergency situation
