About the role

Langan is seeking a CAD Support Specialist to join the Design Technologies Team. This role provides first‑level technical support for AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related engineering technologies, focusing on responsive customer service.

You will help develop training materials, assist firm‑wide adoption of engineering software, document solutions, stay current with industry tech, and collaborate with Design Technology professionals across offices.
