Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of the VUEWorks Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
Responsibilities
• Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications and workflows.

• Support EAM system implementation, configuration, and integrations.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

• Coordinate system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.

• Support data governance, asset management processes, user training, and change management.

• Contribute to predictive maintenance, smart infrastructure, and Digital Twin initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.

• IAM certification and knowledge of ISO 55000.

• Experience with EAM, CMMS, or infrastructure asset management systems.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, system integrations, and testing.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of GIS, BIM, SCADA, ERP, SQL, and data visualization tools.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and Digital Twin initiatives.

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications.
