Qualifications:
• Licensed in Texas
• 5+ years' experience as an Attorney with a focus on Business and Real Estate Law, both Transactional and Litigation
• Knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Evidence, Litigation strategy, Texas Business Organizations Code, the Texas Property Code, and Texas real estate contract practice
• Existing book of business preferred but not required
