Business Analyst

Immediate need for a talented Business Analyst. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in US (Remote).

Job ID:26-33019 Pay Range: $48 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, document, and refine business, functional, and data requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirement documentation
• Partner with business partners, commercial, analytics, operations, and technical teams to support platform enhancements
• Support data analysis related to patient engagement, enrollment, communication, and campaign performance
• Help improve workflow efficiency and business process consistency
• Support testing, defect resolution, and validation of delivered solutions, including requirements traceability, QA/UAT planning, and defect triage

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting SFMC data platform, CRM, or marketing technology solutions
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Familiarity with consumer engagement, enrollment, or campaign operations
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management
• Ability to work across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business processes and data needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail orientation
• Clear and complete requirements gathering and documentation
• Strong business and technical SDLC, SFMC platform knowledge
