Boba Barista/Cashier

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Boba Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following company recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
- Assist customers in choosing beverages
- Handle cash and card transactions using Point of Sale (POS) system
- Uphold food safety standards in handling and preparing food items
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of coffee types, flavors, and preparation methods
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Understanding of food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
