• Design and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services, containers, and serverless architectures.
• Integrate frontend applications and backend services with AEM-managed content, assets, and headless content services.
• Support AEM integrations involving Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, REST, and GraphQL.
• Implement application security, authentication, authorization, monitoring, logging, and performance optimisation.
• Develop automated tests and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and improve application reliability.
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, UX, security, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements
• 10+ years of software development experience, with strong full-stack engineering capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and REST API development.
• Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with Lit and native Web Components, including component lifecycle, events, properties, templating, and testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS/DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, IAM, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with microservices, Docker, containers, serverless architectures, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, data modelling, and query optimisation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Strong understanding of application security, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and OWASP practices.
• Experience with automated testing, application monitoring, distributed tracing, and production support.
• Working knowledge of Git, code reviews, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Working knowledge of AEM, preferably AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Understanding of AEM Sites, Assets/DAM, templates, components, client libraries, and author/publish environments.
• Experience integrating applications with AEM using REST APIs, GraphQL, Content Fragments, or Experience Fragments.
• Ability to collaborate with AEM teams on component integration and frontend/backend interfaces.

Nice-to-haves
• Familiarity with AEM Cloud Manager and deployment pipelines.
• Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
• AWS Developer Associate or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
• Exposure to GraphQL, Kafka, OpenTelemetry, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products, such as Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target.
• Experience with performance optimisation, CDN strategies, resilience, and cloud cost management.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
