Associate Store Merchandise

Summary

The Merchandise Operations Associate supports daily merchandise operations including processing inbound product, placement and presentation on the selling floor, and order fulfillment while following visual and operational standards. This role requires lifting, use of technology such as RF devices and computers, and flexibility to work varied store schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound merchandise and prepare stock for the selling floor
• Place and present merchandise according to visual standards
• Participate in floor recovery and supply replenishment during peak periods
• Locate merchandise and complete customer orders placed in store
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs
• Use RF guns and other technology to support inventory and fulfillment tasks
• Assist with other store initiatives as assigned by management
• Drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with license standards
Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
• Familiarity with merchandising standards and visual presentation
• Strong computer skills including Excel Word and iOS device usage
• Ability to multi task in a fast paced team environment
• Dependable with ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on assigned tasks
• Comfortable adapting communication styles and building interpersonal relationships
• Ability to learn proprietary platforms and store systems
