ABOUT ESW
eSoftware Associates Inc. (ESW) is a nationwide U.S.-based Microsoft partner. We deliver Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions to commercial, nonprofit, and public-sector clients. Our work includes migrations, custom business apps, workflow automation, Copilot and AI agent deployments, and Microsoft end-user training.
This is a growth role. You will own delivery on the projects assigned to you. Leadership supports you, and a structured, phase-gated process guides the work. Experienced project coordinators who are ready to step up are welcome here. So are newer project managers looking for a place to build their skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead your projects. You are the main client contact on assigned projects. You run kickoff meetings and status calls, and you send clear recaps afterward.
• Keep plans current. Maintain project plans, milestones, and status in ESW's systems so everyone knows where things stand.
• Check quality. Use ESW's checklists to run quality checks before anything reaches the client. Then guide the client through testing to sign-off.
• Manage scope changes. Spot changes to scope, document them, and get written client approval before extra work starts. Leadership helps you size them.
• Track risks and hours. Watch risks and hours against the estimate. Raise issues early to leadership with a suggested next step.
• Coordinate the team. Work with ESW developers, solution architects, and trainers to keep work on plan.
• Close out cleanly. Keep project records up to date and complete a clean handoff when the project ends.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Project experience. About 4 years coordinating or managing client-facing projects. Technology projects are preferred.
• Clear communication. You explain things plainly to clients and write recaps people can act on.
• Organization. You stay on top of several workstreams at once without losing track of details.
• Client relationships. You have owned client accounts or relationships over time and kept clients informed and confident.
• Teams and Outlook. You use Microsoft Teams and Outlook every day.
• CRM experience. You have hands-on experience managing client records and activity in a CRM.
• Microsoft platforms. We teach SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Copilot on the job. Experience with them is a plus, not a requirement.
NICE TO HAVE
• Microsoft exposure. Some hands-on time with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform.
• Services background. Experience in a consulting, professional services, or Microsoft partner setting.
• Methods and tools. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods, or a project management tool.
• Certifications. PMP, CAPM, MS-900, or PL-900 are welcome but not required.
