Join Accenture as a hands-on software engineer embedded with client teams to design, build, and run production-grade features. Responsibilities
• Build and ship features across stack (front end, APIs, backend, data) end-to-end
• Read, debug, and trace issues across application, data, and infra boundaries
• Develop and deploy services on cloud platforms using Docker, Kubernetes or serverless
• Apply infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm) and maintain service health and observability
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automate tests, and promote secure coding practices
• Design data access patterns across relational/non-relational stores and APIs
• Integrate AI models via APIs and tools, implement retrieval and context engineering
• Develop AI-enabled features and agent workflows with evaluations for accuracy, latency, safety, and cost
• Apply AI-native development techniques (code generation, test generation, debugging, documentation)
• Participate in design/code reviews and document learnings for internal reuse

Key requirements
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years across more than one layer of the stack
• 3+ years programming in Java, Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C#
• 3+ years experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, xklufbp Azure, GCP)
• 3+ years in automated CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• 1+ year building/shipping AI-enabled features or agent workflows
• 1+ year applying AI coding tools to software development (code/test generation, debugging, documentation)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent OR equivalent work experience
