In this AI-native software engineer role, you will join a high-autonomy product team to build end-to-end software across the full stack. You will shape technical direction from ambiguous problems, delivering production-ready AI-enabled products that scale across industries. You work closely with product managers and designers to translate customer needs into high-quality solutions, balancing speed with reliability and security. You will drive the adoption of AI-native development practices while owning architecture, observability, and product outcomes. Responsibilities
• Build and ship full-stack software including backend services, APIs, data models, and AI systems
• Own end-to-end product capabilities from prototype to production
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate problems into simple, high-quality products
• Balance rapid prototyping with scalable, secure, reliable deployment
• Design and implement agentic systems with robust evaluation, observability, and guardrails
• Set technical direction and make architecture decisions across new product areas
• Own production outcomes including reliability, security, and maintainability
• Raise engineering bar through rigorous reviews and shared tooling/standards

Key requirements
• Eight years of experience building and shipping production software
• Eight years of full-stack experience (frontend and backend)
• Eight years of software engineering fundamentals (system design, data modeling, APIs, testing, cloud-native development, security, observability, production operations)
• At least two years of hands-on AI-native engineering experience (LLM APIs, coding agents, agent frameworks, tool integrations, retrieval xklufbp systems, evaluation frameworks, guardrails)
• At least one year of experience delivering reliable AI or agentic systems in production
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI development tools to increase engineering leverage
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress without complete information
• Strong product sense to build intuitive, useful features
• Excellent communication of technical decisions to product, design, and domain experts
