In this role you embed with clients to design, prototype, and deploy Agentic AI solutions that transform how they sell, serve, and operate. You’ll work with Sales to uncover opportunities, build business cases, and drive measurable ROI through end-to-end technical delivery. You’ll lead on-site workshops, prototype value, and ensure production readiness, governance, and handoff. This hybrid role blends advanced AI engineering with direct client engagement to scale impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
• Conduct client-facing discovery to identify high-impact AI use cases
• Design Agentic AI architectures and rapid prototypes to show value
• Collaborate with Sales on business cases, executive decks, and RFPs
• Lead on-site AI workshops and co-creation sessions
• Own the technical solution end-to-end from first meeting to production rollout
• Integrate AI agents with client data platforms, systems, and workflows
• Harden production systems including testing, observability, and cost/safety trade-offs
• Establish AI governance standards for responsible deployment
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building

Key requirements
• 10+ years in a client-facing technical/engineering role with Sales & Revenue xklufbp Processes experience
• 3+ years of production AI/LLM applications experience
• Strong production engineering skills (Python and/or TypeScript, APIs/integrations, testing, deployment)
• Hands-on modern AI/ML tooling
• Cross-functional communication across technical and executive levels
• Portfolio of real-world AI projects or deployed solutions
