Ag Equipment Technician Requirements:
• 2+ Years of AG/Heavy Equipment, Lawn/Turf Equipment, Construction/Compact Equipment Repair experience required
• Diagnostic / Troubleshooting Experience required
• Bobcat Equipment / Dealership experience preferred
• Experience with Tractors, Skid Steers, Loaders, Excavators, or Hay Equipment preferred
• Experience with Field / Mobile Service is a plus

Ag Equipment Technician Responsibilities:
• This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and compact construction equipment in a dealership setting
• Responsibilities include troubleshooting hydraulic, diesel, electrical, and mechanical systems, performing maintenance and repairs, completing inspections, and occasional field service work
• Work may involve tractors, skid steers, excavators, turf equipment, trailers, hay equipment, and other agricultural or compact equipment from brands such as Bobcat, LS Tractor, Wacker Neuson, and similar manufacturers
• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
• As an Ag Equipment technician you will work in a clean safe environment
