About us
iBuy Orlando is a direct-to-seller real estate investment company. We buy houses across the Orlando metro for our own account — then renovate and resell through our sister company, Terra Nova Homes, or assign the contract to another investor. We're growing our acquisitions team and hiring one Acquisitions Representative now.
The role
You find and secure deals. You'll work inbound seller leads from our marketing, search the MLS, build rapport with homeowners and agents, run comps and repair estimates, negotiate, and get properties under contract. Leadership handles disposition and funding — your job is the contract.
What you'll do
• Respond to inbound seller leads within minutes and qualify them on motivation, timeline, condition, and price.
• Set and attend appointments across the Orlando metro (in person and virtual).
• Run comps, estimate repairs, and build offers to our approval criteria.
• Negotiate honestly and close signed purchase agreements.
• Keep the CRM current daily and work a disciplined follow-up cadence.
• Build relationships with listing agents to source MLS deals.
What we're looking for
• 2+ years in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or commission-based sales with a track record of closing.
• High Earning Potential: Opportunity to earn a six-figure income.
• Calm, honest communicator who listens first and can deliver hard truths kindly.
• Disciplined with a CRM; coachable; follows a proven process.
• Orlando-based with a reliable vehicle; full-time availability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Real estate license not required.
Compensation
Commission-based and uncapped, paid per closed deal through the title company. We'll walk through the exact structure and real deal examples in the interview. This is a high-earning seat for a closer who wants their income tied directly to results.
