Job Title： Accounting Officer

Location： United States – Downtown Los Angeles, California

Pay： $50,000 - $60,000 / year

Description：

First Commercial Bank, headquartered in Taiwan, is a leading international financial institution. Our Los Angeles Branch is currently seeking a full-time Accounting Officer to support daily accounting operations and financial reporting functions. We are looking for a reliable and collaborative professional who thrives in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities：
• Manage daily accounting operations and related tasks.
• Prepare timely and accurate periodic financial reports as required by internal policy and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial data and prepare statements summarizing income, expenses, and projections.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and conducting budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Perform account reconciliations and support audit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications：
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in bank accounting or a similar role preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) preferred to facilitate communication with our Taiwan-headquartered parent bank.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.

Notes：

Working times: Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 17:00PM (35Hours per week)
