Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Stampone O’Brien Dilsheimer Holloway, an established and growing plaintiff’s personal injury firm, seeks a full-time pre-litigation paralegal with a of minimum 5 years plaintiff’s experience. Candidates must be self-motivated, independent team player. The paralegal will work directly with clients and attorneys developing facts and being responsible for all aspects of accident/insurance claim reporting, investigation, property damage, gathering and updating medical records and medical treatment, notice letters, lien and subrogation claims, wage loss, and related reports. Must have strong written and oral communication skills, be client-service oriented, and have good organizational skills with attention to detail. Must have the ability to prioritize workload and assignments. Flexible on location of position between Cheltenham, PA, Jenkintown, PA, and Center City, PA. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with the level of experience.
