Lead UX Researcher - Middle Mile Logistics (Hybrid)

Target is seeking a Lead UX Researcher for the Middle Mile in Minneapolis to guide research across warehouse tools, workflows, and operations. You will shape research directions, partner with UX, Product, Technology, Data Science, and Operations, and translate findings into actionable product and process improvements in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
