Job Summary

Salary: USD 70k-95k

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to lead cross-functional engineering teams supporting aerospace engineering and manufacturing. This role focuses on resolving nonconforming material, coordinating engineering dispositions, and ensuring technical solutions meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Stress.
• Support resolution of nonconforming material and MRB activities.
• Lead engineering kit development, validation, and approval.
• Review repair, rework, and use-as-is engineering dispositions.
• Review engineering drawings, technical analyses, test results, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, quality, configuration control, and aerospace requirements.
• Manage engineering priorities, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Support production by driving timely resolution of technical issues.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 4+ years of engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRB, nonconformance resolution, and engineering dispositions.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and configuration control.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
