Demand Planning Lead, Luxury Fragrances (NA) - Hybrid

Puig is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to own the BYREDO demand planning process in North America, driving forecast accuracy and inventory health across a growing luxury fragrance portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics and Finance to translate market insights into actionable plans and support new product launches. This role reports to the Senior Demand Planning Manager and embraces hybrid work arrangements.
