Critical Care Float Registered Nurse Fellow

Join ChristianaCare’s 24–26 week ICU Float Fellowship for experienced registered nurses transitioning into critical care. Fellows combine classroom learning with clinical rotations through specialized intensive and progressive care units, then join the ICU Float Pool to support patients across multiple critical care areas. A commitment of approximately two years in the Float Pool follows successful completion.
