Conflicts Counsel: OCG

Polsinelli PC is seeking a Conflicts Counsel – Outside Counsel Guidelines to support conflicts, new business intake, professional responsibility, and risk-management functions. The role will review and negotiate client OCGs and engagement terms, and advise across multiple firm departments. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement and may be based in any location with an office. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience and a JD from an ABA-accredited school.
