We're hiring a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team across Massachusetts. Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with a required on-call rotation. Araya HVAC Services launched in 2022 to serve commercial retail clients throughout New England — and we've grown fast because we do things differently. Just skilled techs, trusted to do their jobs well.
You call the shots in the field. We hire experienced techs and trust their judgment on-site.

Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems — RTUs, split systems, light refrigeration
Run service calls, build quotes, and handle installs for your assigned accounts
Take your turn in the on-call rotation
Keep accurate service logs in our internal system
Hands-on mechanical skills and sharp problem-solving instincts
Solid working knowledge of HVAC systems and diagnostic tools
A customer-first mindset and a reliable track record
Openness to earning your EPA and OSHA-10 certs (we'll help cover it)
This job has you on rooftops and outdoors in all kinds of weather. 24.00-$45.00/hour, weekly pay, based on experience
