From there we build, connect and manage their AI tools every month, so they get results without learning the technology. Behind every Brand Nova agent is the Nova crew, our AI specialists: Nova (guide), Vega (AI CMO), Atlas (AI CFO) and Orion (AI CEO). Ray Baxter, our founder and Fractional Chief AI Officer, personally reviews client plans.

Role Description

This is an independent contractor role (1099), not employment. You work remotely, on your own schedule, from anywhere in the US. You introduce local business owners to Brand Nova AI, run free website scans with them, and guide them to a call with Ray or straight to their AI build.

What you’ll do:
• Reach business owners in your network and community, in person, by phone and by email.
• Share a free scan or a personal Growth Snapshot report that shows each business where it’s losing leads and what fixing it is worth.
• Walk prospects through their results, with the Nova crew on your phone to answer the technical questions.
• Book calls with Ray for bigger opportunities.
• Track your prospects, leads and commissions in your Brand Nova Team Portal.

What you get:
• Your own three-digit agent code, a personal link and a QR business card. Every scan and lead from them is credited to you automatically.
• Ready-made prospect reports and outreach emails, plus a getbrandnova.com email address for outreach.
• Training, and the Nova crew behind you on every conversation.
• Commission: 30% of every build fee you bring in (about $600 on our smallest build, more on larger ones), plus 30% of the client’s monthly AI Management for their first 12 months and 10% after that, for as long as the client stays.
• Commissions are paid on money collected, so earnings depend entirely on your results. There’s no base pay.

Qualifications
• You like talking with business owners and are comfortable starting conversations.
• You have a network of local businesses, especially in home services, trades, retail, restaurants or professional services.
• You’re self-motivated, organized and good at following up.
• You can explain things simply. You don’t need to be technical; the crew handles the technical part.
• You’re curious about AI and enjoy learning new tools.
• Sales, marketing, consulting or small-business experience is a plus. A degree isn’t required.
