Anchorage Office Operations & Customer Service Manager

Northern Sales Company in Anchorage seeks an Office Manager to oversee office functions for its Anchorage Division. You will coordinate customer service, billing, order processing, and shipping documentation while leading a small team of up to five staff.

Working closely with Corporate Customer Service, Finance, and the warehouse, you will keep daily operations accurate, organized, and responsive to changing priorities, ensuring smooth workflows and timely reporting.
